Installation and setup

Version 2.4.1. Joomla 5.4 or 6.x. PHP 8.1+; Joomla 6 requires PHP 8.3+.

  1. Install the purchased ZIP under System → Install → Extensions.
  2. Create a Backend reveal header site module under Content → Site Modules.
  3. Choose a template position and menu assignment. Set the foreground image and background image or bundled design.
  4. Configure the reveal shape, feathering, trail and optional animation. Add headings and buttons in the content editor.
  5. Choose viewport height or custom height, then publish and check desktop and touch operation.

Use local images below images/ or media/. Reduced motion and JavaScript-disabled visits retain the foreground and content. Module settings and assignments are preserved during updates.

Updates

Open the protected link in your purchase email, copy your Joomla download key and enter it under System → Update Sites → Backend reveal header Updates → Download Key. Keep the key private. Then check System → Update → Extensions. You can also install a newer purchased ZIP manually; back up your site first.

  1. Die gekaufte ZIP unter System → Installieren → Erweiterungen installieren.
  2. Unter Inhalt → Website-Module ein Modul vom Typ Backend reveal header erstellen.
  3. Position und Menüzuweisung wählen. Vordergrundbild und Hintergrundbild oder mitgeliefertes Design einstellen.
  4. Form, weiche Kante, Spur und optionale Animation konfigurieren. Überschriften und Buttons im Inhaltseditor ergänzen.
  5. Bildschirmhöhe oder eigene Höhe wählen, veröffentlichen und am Desktop sowie mit Touch prüfen.

Eigene Bilder müssen lokal unter images/ oder media/ liegen. Bei reduzierter Bewegung oder ohne JavaScript bleiben Vordergrund und Inhalt sichtbar. Updates erhalten Moduleinstellungen und Zuweisungen.

Updates

Öffne den geschützten Link aus deiner Kauf-E-Mail und kopiere den Joomla-Download-Key. Trage ihn unter System → Update-Seiten → Backend reveal header Updates → Download-Key ein. Halte ihn geheim und suche anschließend nach Erweiterungsupdates. Alternativ kannst du eine neuere gekaufte ZIP manuell installieren. Erstelle vorher ein Backup.
