These terms apply to DLS software and digital tools purchased directly from DLS with payment through PayPal, including products offered in future. Individually commissioned IT, design and hosting services are governed by their separate agreements.
1. Supplier and purchase
DLS – Dominik Lehner Solutions sells and supplies the software. Contact and business details are in our legal notice. PayPal processes payment. DLS is responsible for the contract, delivery, invoice and refunds. The terms of sale, product description and licence shown before purchase and supplied with the purchase confirmation apply.
2. Product and price
Each product page describes features, system requirements, licence and included services. Check the requirements before buying. The total shown at checkout includes applicable taxes. A one-time purchase does not create a subscription. Any future subscription must expressly identify its price, term and renewal before you order.
3. Delivery and downloads
DLS supplies the purchased product digitally after payment is confirmed. Keep your purchase confirmation and private access link secure. Individual download links may have time or download limits for security; expiration does not end a perpetual software licence. Contact
4. Licence and rights
The product licence displayed before purchase applies. Software marked GNU GPL-2.0-or-later carries the corresponding rights to use, study, modify and redistribute it; these terms do not restrict those rights. Other software specifies its permitted use and restrictions on the product page and in its included licence. No blanket licence for all future products is granted.
5. Updates, support and defects
Included updates and support depend on the product offer. Unlimited new features or compatibility with every future platform version are promised only by express agreement. Statutory warranty, update and compensation rights remain unaffected. Changes by you or others do not automatically exclude claims; their connection to the particular defect matters.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
See withdrawal and refunds for rights and contacts. A refund or final payment reversal may end the paid DLS download service. GPL rights already granted remain intact.
7. Privacy and existing contracts
Our privacy policy explains personal data processing. The version agreed at purchase applies. Later versions do not automatically amend existing contracts. Earlier direct purchases retain their original terms. Mandatory rights in your country of residence are not restricted.
