This information covers direct DLS software purchases paid through PayPal. The withdrawal information shown before purchase and mandatory consumer rights apply.

Request a refund or withdrawal

Send an unambiguous withdrawal declaration or refund request to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., by post to the address in the legal notice, or use the two-step “Withdraw from contract” function on the product page. Include the product, purchase date, purchase email and purchase reference. The model form is optional. Do not send full card details or passwords. DLS processes the request and arranges the refund through PayPal.

Consumer rights

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days after conclusion of the contract without giving a reason. Immediate delivery or downloading through this purchase route does not waive this right. Payments for the withdrawn purchase are reimbursed within 14 days after receipt of the declaration, using the original payment method unless a different method is expressly agreed without charge. Statutory remedies for defects or non-delivery and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

For a missing download, damaged files or functional problems, contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with an error description and system version. DLS helps investigate technical issues; DLS handles payment questions and refunds through PayPal. A full refund may end the DLS download service. GPL rights already granted remain unaffected.
