Start with one process
Together we work out what sets the process off, which data it needs, what should come out at the end and who is responsible. Then I build the app or integration, test it with typical examples and document how it runs.

Scope and operation
A mini app starts with one clearly defined workflow. Appointment booking has a starting price on the pricing page. Newsletter systems and individual workflows are quoted on top. Setting up AI agents such as OpenClaw, Hermes, Codex or Claude is part of this too: we agree which task the agent takes on, what it may access and where a human signs off. I only use AI for clearly defined tasks, and who approves and who is responsible always stays clear.
