An operations hub that runs locally, for projects, customers, websites, support, orders and AI-assisted workflows. In Mission Control you see status, ownership and approvals in one place.
What it is for
Operational work in one place
Mission Control is my own internal operating system at DLS. It ties together projects, websites, customer records, support tickets, orders, invoice status, tax overview and technical integrations.
AI helps with research, sorting and preparation. Anything with consequences needs my approval. The activity trail shows what was prepared, approved and actually executed.
What the system covers
From website status to reviewed handoff
Projects & websites
Websites, automations and publishing tools are tracked separately, each with status, ownership and technical notes.
Customers & orders
Customer records, scope, contracts, invoice drafts and payment status sit locally in one place and give a solid working base.
Support & tickets
Encrypted requests from the website arrive in the local ticket system and are passed on deliberately from there.
Homes & Telegram
The local assistant works with the company context you can see too. Telegram can serve as an additional channel for approvals.
Security & trail
Sensitive steps need explicit confirmation. Actions and handoffs are recorded.
How the work flows
Assisted, reviewed, approved
Capture context
The project, customer, ticket or order sets the frame.
Prepare the next step
Mission Control or a connected agent suggests the next sensible step.
Request approval
Important actions stay blocked until someone with authority approves them.
Execute & record
The action runs in the intended system, and status and result come back.
Engagement & model
Configured and managed for the organisation
Mission Control is not a rigid standard package. Modules, roles, integrations and operation follow how your company really works.
You can get it as a defined implementation project, with ongoing care or as a subscription for operation and development. We agree the exact scope together before I quote.
